During this course, I was provided the opportunity to reflect on my learning throughout the Applied Digital Learning program. Thinking about the things that worked, I would say that being allowed the opportunity to reflect on my prior learning gave me insight on where I needed to move forward in my career. Not only with innovation plan, but as leader. I now have the confidence to think of myself as a leader in education.
Throughout this ADL program, I have worked with an outstanding group of people. We have collaborated both in discussion boards and in a private group. The ladies have given me the encouragement and confidence I needed to keep going. They are Lakesha Smith and Eleanor Wilson. Our collaboration group is larger, but these two ladies are the ones who completed this course with me.
During this course, I completed all the discussions in a timely manner and replied to at least two other posts. I reflected on the posts of others and commented in depth on their comments. I did not leave APA cited references with the discussions, as they were not part of the reflection course. I do not feel I took a true leadership role in my base group, as we all contribute equally in the reflections and postings. My collaboration group did confer and give feedback on assignments.
Regarding my work, I completed all the readings, videos, and attended all the online sessions. I did not receive feedback on graded assignments that required revisions at this time. All of my assignments were turned by the due dates.
For my overall grade, I feel I have met all the Key Contributions. All Supporting Contribution were met, but I feel as a leader I still have room to grow. I am giving myself an 89 in the course.
